Epiphany Lutheran Church’s Semi-Annual Voters’ Assembly is scheduled for this month, May 19, 2024, immediately after the 10:45 a.m. service. All members are encouraged to attend this important congregation meeting to discuss key matters shaping the future of our ministry and community.
Before we start the meeting, join us for a delicious potluck meal and fellowship with your fellow members. Please bring a favorite dish to share as we enjoy a time of connection.
Agenda Highlights:
- Election of Officers: Participate in the democratic process by voting for the dedicated individuals who will lead our congregation forward.
- Fiscal 2025 Budget Approval: Your input is invaluable as we collectively review and approve the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring responsible stewardship of our resources.
- Motion to Change Bylaws: Deliberate on a significant proposal to merge the Evangelism and Fellowship Boards, forming the Board of Outreach.
- Updates on Five-Year Strategic Plan: Gain insight into the progress made on our strategic objectives, ask questions, and see where you fit in.
