Sending out thoughts and prayers with her as she goes on he wonderful mission project
Emmy Mize, a nursing student at Concordia University in Austin, will embark on a life-changing journey to Anchorage, Alaska, from July 13 – 22, 2024! As one of six students selected for this mission, Emmy’s trip is part of a medical mission project organized by her school in collaboration with the Alaska Mission for Christ. While they are there, Emmy and her fellow students will engage in a series of impactful activities, providing vital services to underserved communities in the Anchorage area.
Some of the things Emmy and her group will be doing include working with the children in the area, administering shots, doing wellness checks, and more.
