Epiphany Lutheran Church and School has begun the process of selecting a new school principal. On August 13, 2024, a call committee was formed to evaluate and recommend a candidate to the Epiphany Voters Assembly. This is a crucial moment for our church and school community as we seek a leader who will guide our students and staff toward continued success.
We are reaching out to congregation members, school faculty, and parents for input. You are invited to submit names of potential candidates for the principal position. Your insights and recommendations will help us find a candidate who aligns with Epiphany’s mission and values.
Qualifications for Nomination: The call committee recommends that nominated candidates possess or be willing to achieve the following qualifications:
- A master’s degree in school administration
- Certification to serve as a commissioned minister in a Missouri Synod Lutheran school
- At least five years of experience in education
If you know someone who meets these qualifications and would be an excellent fit for Epiphany, we encourage you to submit their name for consideration. This is your opportunity to have a direct impact on our school’s future leadership.
