The time to boot, scoot, and boogie on down to Epiphany for the Texas Best Ministry Fair on August 30 is quickly approaching. As we make final arrangements for this event, your help is needed. We are grateful for our volunteer musicians and church leaders who are already working on making this a great, Jesus-filled morning. Here is how YOU can serve.

Invite others: Use the community cards to invite your neighbors, friends, and acquaintances to Epiphany for a country-themed morning that will include the Gospel message of Jesus, music, breakfast, and a ministry fair highlighting opportunities to connect with others and be the hands and feet of Jesus. Western wear is encouraged but not required. Families are welcome. We will have a backpack blessing during both services, so encourage children/youth to bring their backpacks!

Ministry Showcase: Sign up now to showcase the Epiphany Ministry you serve to inspire others to serve the Lord with gladness. More information will be sent once I have your name and contact information.
(Information needed to host a booth – ministry name, name, phone number, email.)

Set Up: Saturday, August 29, 9-11am – Set up tables, add decorations and signage.

Cowboy Breakfast: 8:30-10:30 – Set up food and replenish items as needed. Clean up prior to the 10:45 service.

Greeting Host: Welcome members and guests and give directions as needed to attendees. Time slots: 7:30-9:30am, 9:00-11:00am, 10:00-12:00am (one time slot only – may attend service during time frame)

Photo Booth: 9:00-11:00 – Encourage guests to take a photo and offer to use their device to take family photos.

Clean Up: 10:30-11:30 – Assist with taking down tables and cleaning up as needed during late service.
