“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” – Matthew 28:19
As part of our mission to reach the community through the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are excited to announce that Vida Nueva, in collaboration with Epiphany Lutheran Church, will be hosting a Christmas Party for our neighbors. We invite families who attend the Food Pantry, friends, and the surrounding community to join us. This event will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season together with food, candies, gifts for the children, and piñatas.
The program will feature live music by Abe Gonzalez and will include messages sharing the Gospel throughout the event.
Since evangelism is central to Vida Nueva’s mission, this event will also be an opportunity for personal outreach. Our leadership will share the Gospel with each family and collect contact information for follow-up in the days following the event.
Vida Nueva is especially eager to reach out to the Hispanic community, which makes up 40% of the population in our area. We want them to know that Epiphany Lutheran Church can be a spiritual home for them, offering services in both English and Spanish.
The party will be held under the pavilion at Epiphany Lutheran Church on December 14th at 4:00 pm.
This event is not just for the Hispanic community; everyone is welcome, regardless of background. We would be honored if members of Epiphany would like to help and participate in this event. Your support means so much to us, and it would be a joy to celebrate this special time of year together.
