What a joy it has been to see our Epiphany family come together for Operation Christmas Child! From shopping for just the right toy to carefully packing each item with prayer, your generosity has created 97 opportunities for children around the world to experience God’s love in a tangible way.
Through Samaritan’s Purse, these gift-filled shoeboxes will travel to children in need across the globe—many of whom will receive their very first Christmas gift. But the impact doesn’t stop there. Local churches will use these boxes as a bridge to share the Gospel, and many children will be invited to participate in “The Greatest Journey,” a discipleship program that helps them grow in their faith.
During this Advent season, we invite you to pray:
- For safe travels as our boxes make their journey
- For the children who will receive them—that they may feel the love of Jesus
- For the local church partners who will share the Good News
