This Spring, join us for Bible Sleuthing, a six-week adventure where we’ll uncover how the whole Bible fits together. From the very first promise in Genesis 3:15 about crushing the serpent, to its fulfillment in Jesus, we’ll follow the covenant trail and discover how your story fits into God’s story.

Think of this as detective training for understanding Scripture. Whether you’re brand new to church, exploring membership at Epiphany, or have been coming for years, this class will equip you to investigate the greatest story ever told. Just bring your curiosity and questions!

Your Investigation Begins
Using a visual approach called “See Through the Scriptures,” we’ll follow the clues and uncover:

  • The Covenant Trail: From Genesis 3:15 to Jesus, track how God makes covenant promises throughout the Bible and keeps every one. You’ll see how these divine promises thread through the entire story, pointing to Christ from the very beginning.
  • Connecting the Evidence: Piece together how the Bible is one connected story about God’s relentless love and grace, all woven through covenant promises.
  • Cracking the Code: Investigate baptism, communion, and worship. These aren’t just traditions but vital clues to understanding God’s covenant plan fulfilled in Jesus.
  • The Ultimate Discovery: Follow every lead as it points to Jesus and what He’s done for us. Spoiler alert: it’s all about grace.

Your Detective Toolkit
This isn’t your typical lecture class. The “See Through the Scriptures” curriculum uses colorful graphics and visual evidence to help you understand and remember key discoveries. You’ll see how God’s covenant promises weave through the entire biblical story, creating one connected narrative pointing to Jesus.

If you’re interested in becoming a member at Epiphany, this is your path. But calling it just a “membership class” feels too small for what we’re actually doing here.
