Looking to deepen your understanding of the Bible and connect with other believers? Check out our list of Bible studies! From Sunday school classes to small groups, we offer a variety of opportunities to explore the teachings and stories of the Bible. We have studies for all ages, from young chlidren to adults. Wednesday Mornings:
Men’s Bible Study: Join our Men’s Bible Study group as we dive deep into the book of Revelation. We meet every morning at 6:00am in the Church Library. Come be a part of this enlightening experience. For more information contact the Church office at 713-896-1773.
Sunday:
Adults – Wilkes: Join us for the Pericope Bible Study in room 161 from 9:30am – 10:30am. This study provides a deeper understanding of the readings for the upcoming Sunday service. Come gain a greater appreciation for the meaning behind the scriptures.
Adults: Join Pastor Muchow, Matt Thornton, and Mike Marcus for their Romans Bible Study in room 157 from 9:30am – 10:30am. Many consider Romans one of the most important books ever written on the Christian faith. Writing to Christians, the apostle Paul defines the gospel, explores its depths, and discusses its significance and implications for the Christian life.
New Members Class: Join Pastor Muchow for a class for new members. There will be five Sunday sessions beginning September 10, 2023 meeting in the church office conference room.
Women’s Sunday Morning Bible Study: Join the Women’s Sunday Morning Bible study as we embark on a new eight-session, video-based Bible study by Heidi Goehmann. We will delve into the Song of Songs and learn more about the depth of the love of Jesus for each of us and His Bride, the Church. Please join us in Room 163, beginning on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at 9:30am. Bring a neighbor or friend and join us in fellowship! Children: All children are welcome to join Beth Hixon from 9:30am – 10:30am for a fun and interactive hour of Sunday school
Junior High: Middle school students are invited to join Sonya Muchow, Bruce Milbrath, and Sam Gmirek in Room 164 from 9:30am – 10:30am to explore the boundless love of God. Come join us for an uplifting and educational experience as we delve deeper into God’s unconditional love for all.
Senior High: Calling all senior high students! Join us in the Youth Room from 9:30am – 10:30am for an exciting opportunity to learn more about getting closer to Jesus and how to share your relationship with Christ with others. This program, led by Josh McNamara, promises to provide a deeper understanding of faith and its role in our lives. Don’t miss this chance to grow spiritually and connect with like-minded peers.
