Carnival + Auction Postponed to Saturday, April 12th
Good Afternoon!
Due to the high percentage chances of thunderstorms for this coming Saturday, we have decided to postpone the Carnival + Auction. The rescheduled date of the event will be Saturday, April 12th, from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Up until recently, the Epiphany campus was unavailable for a rain date the following weekend. With the incoming inclement weather, we are thankful that the building is now available next week.
Thank you for your flexibility as we continue to make plans toward a positive and successful event. While we know this change of plans is a disappointment to many of our students and families, we are committed to making the best of this rainy situation and host an exciting event!
Important Updates
- Pre-sale ticket order deadline has been extended to Wednesday, April 9th (for those families that have already purchased tickets but have a conflict with the new date, please contact the school office)
- Please update your Carnival volunteer sign-up times if needed (if you are unable to attend contact school office)
- Volunteers are needed on Friday, 4/11 at 9:00 AM for Carnival setup, please contact the school office if you are available to help
- Volunteers are needed on Saturday, 4/12 at 8:00 AM for Carnival setup, please contact the school office if you are available to help
- Auction bidding deadline has been extended to Saturday, 4/12 at 12:00 PM
