We’ll begin by exploring the Lord’s Prayer together—looking at how Jesus teaches us to pray and how the Catechism points us back into Scripture rather than replacing it. It’s a simple, encouraging way to grow in understanding and deepen your prayer life.
Afterward, we’ll move into a full-body workout that’s adaptable for any age and ability. You’ll also receive practical exercise and nutrition tips you can carry into your week, helping you care for the body God has given you.
