Happy Mothers Day 2026!
Yesterday at Epiphany, we celebrated all the moms, grandmas, aunts, spiritual moms, and the many women who step in with a listening ear, a helping hand, or a comforting hug. We paused to say, “Happy Mother’s Day,” but the truth is, your love shines all year long.
You are there when we need you most, putting others first and quietly making sure everyone is cared for. In big ways and small, you show us what it looks like to love like Jesus and to walk daily in God’s word. Through your words and actions, you guide, encourage, and teach us. You are our role models in faith and in life.
You show gratitude like Hannah.
You display trust like Mary.
You share wisdom like Naomi.
On Sunday, our elementary children helped us say “thank you” in a special way. They created a colorful banner and made beaded bracelets to hand out during the second service, sharing their appreciation and joy with all the moms and mother-figures in our congregation.
Our prayer is that you feel this love and gratitude not just on Mother’s Day, but every day. May you be reminded throughout the year of how deeply you are valued, how faithfully you reflect God’s love, and how important you are to our Epiphany family.
