If you are under 18 and planning to participate in or volunteer at Vacation Bible School, we need to receive your liability waiver before you can join the fun.

You can complete the form ahead of time online or fill it out in person at registration on the first day of VBS. Only one waiver is needed per family.

Taking care of this step early helps us welcome you quickly and safely so we can focus on growing, learning, and celebrating together.
