Epiphany students who reached the final accomplishment in Mrs. Ashlee Copp’s Summer Reading Challenge celebrated with a well-earned ice cream party on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Students gathered to enjoy ice cream with nearly every topping imaginable, along with plenty of smiles, laughter, and ice cream “mustaches.” It was a joyful way to recognize their dedication to reading over the summer and to celebrate alongside fellow readers.
