Children Pre-K through 4th grade are invited to celebrate a Friends-Giving Feast on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 10:00am – 1:00pm. What’s Friends-giving? It’s a time to celebrate everything we are thankful for with our friends. God provides so many blessings in our lives, and this event will show us how much we can be grateful for every single day – not just on Thanksgiving!
We will be serving up a lot of Thanksgiving fun, including a lunch, Bible Study, Games, arts & crafts, and a special Mission Project to share our blessings with other children in the Houston area!
Registration is $10 per child, and we are requesting that each child brings at least one package of 100% Juice juice boxes to be donated to Kids’ Meal Houston. We will also share our blessings by decorating Lunch bags for them. Kids’ Meals Houston is a non-profit Meals on Wheels program that provides healthy lunches daily to preschool children who are not eligible for free lunch programs provided by schools. During holidays, Kids’ Meals also provides lunches for their elementary school-aged siblings. For more information on how you can help, click the link below.
