Silent Reading Time in 4th Grade
4th grade got some quality silent reading time in this week, with a little extra motivation from some special reading buddies! Magnetized Disney stuffies kept students company and helped them stay focused and on task during independent reading.
Reading is a big part of the 4th grade day, whether it’s reading together as a class, listening to a teacher read-aloud, or diving into a good book during silent individual reading time. These varied reading experiences help build fluency, comprehension, and, most importantly, a genuine love of books.
It was a cozy, focused morning of turning pages and building reading stamina, one chapter at a time!
