Epiphany’s 3rd–8th grade students enjoyed a special field trip on Tuesday, February 17, joining friends from Trinity Klein Lutheran School in Spring and Salem Lutheran School in Tomball for a fun and faith-filled day of community.

The group traveled to Concordia Lutheran High School to watch selected scenes from their winter musical production of Frozen. Laughter, music, and familiar characters filled the theater as students got a sneak peek at the show and cheered on the performers.

At the end of the preview, younger siblings and cousins of Concordia Theatre cast members were invited up on stage for a group photo, creating a sweet memory and giving our younger students a taste of the joy of school theater.

This event was especially meaningful because each of the elementary schools in attendance was represented among the five lead roles in the show. Epiphany’s own Eden H. (ELS Class of 2022) shines in the role of Elsa, using her gifts to bless others through the arts. In addition, Epiphany 3rd grader Nathalia H. is part of the junior ensemble and appears in three of the six performances.

The first three shows were held last weekend, and the final three performances run this weekend, February 27–March 1. We celebrate our students’ talents and the opportunity to engage with our extended Lutheran school family, encourage one another, and enrich our community through the joy of music and theater.
