Community Potluck: Discover How You Can Help With VBS and Sunday School
Have you ever thought about helping with Vacation Bible School or Sunday School, but weren’t sure what to do, where to start, or what would be expected of you?
This luncheon is for you.
On Sunday, June 14, after second service, join us for a simple lunch and a relaxed, helpful volunteer information meeting. Together, we’ll walk through the many different ways you can serve in VBS and Sunday School, explain what each role looks like, and answer any questions you may have.
You do not need experience.
You do not need to know everything ahead of time.
You do not have to teach alone.
We will train you, support you, and walk beside you as you serve.
During this luncheon, we will talk about:
– How to volunteer for VBS
– The different VBS roles available
– Ways to help with games, crafts, snacks, groups, music, setup, cleanup, or classroom support
– How Sunday School volunteers can serve in the fall
– What a Sunday School teacher, assistant, substitute, or helper does
– How our new Sunday School curriculum and structure will work
– How volunteers will be trained, encouraged, and supported
PotAs we prepare for VBS and look ahead to the return of Sunday School in August, we are inviting anyone who has ever considered serving to come and learn more.
Whether you are ready to lead, willing to assist, or simply curious about how you might help, we would love for you to join us.
Come discover how you can help children grow in God’s Word and be part of sharing Jesus with the next generation.
