This Isn’t Just VBS. This Is Every Sunday.
If you were around Epiphany during VBS week, you saw the waterfall made of tablecloths, the vines strung across the room, and a whole group of kids who were fully convinced they’d spent the week in a rainforest. You probably heard the songs too, since they haven’t stopped playing at a lot of houses since.
It was a good week. But it wasn’t a one-week thing.
VBS is really just a small, loud, glitter-covered preview of what happens here all year long. Every Sunday, in children’s time, in Sunday school, and in the everyday moments in between, we’re telling kids the same thing: that God made them, that God knows them, and that they’re loved.
That message isn’t just for families connected to the school. It’s for every child who walks through the doors here, no exceptions.
Brittany Cliff, who leads our children’s ministry, shares more about what that looks like week to week in the video below, and what it means for your family, whether you’re brand new, coming back after a while, or looking for a place to belong.
Watch the video here, and we hope to see you this Sunday.
